Was exciting to have our short film-Daniel Came Home- chosen and shown in an actual indie cinema. A sold out event at ActOne Cinema & Café- a beautiful two screened theatre in Acton. Great to see it on a big screen last night, only a mile from where half of it was filmed. The 200 mile round trip was worth it.

Amazing afternoon at the end of the Brighton Rocks International Film Festival awards on Sunday, 25^th June, 2023. Daniel Came Home won it’s category! To quote The Rutles, “Shocked and stunned”. Presented by Tim Pope in the Brighton Komedia Cinema. Thanks to our great actors David Keyes and David Parry, to Jeanette Gregory for her make up skills and to Sherine Kamel for letting us use her flat and helping with sound (and the Doc (Sam Connolly) for his cameo). Also, to the festival itself, a great one.
